Do you think it’s too soon to try this at 3months ? Normally I wouldn’t dare. She is my third. I nurse my first two babies to sleep all the way through. And I couldn’t successfully sleep train. But my circumstances really changed now and I also have very sore back and chest this 3rd time. I want to try this already.

Feeding to sleep is a common mistake - baby depends on milk to fall asleep. Instead, feed when baby wakes up from naps and in the morning when they wake up from bed time. My baby would wake up many times at night and I did sleep training using Tracy Hogg s advice - EASY. When they wake up from naps or in the morning from bedtime, feed baby then, then play until it is time to go to bed again. This will break the need of the baby to wake up in the middle of the night to feed (as long as you r baby is 6 months old). Aside from this you do this method but it may take a few days to few weeks to work.

Other times she screams and i dont know if i keep talking to her ultil she stops, or if you guys that succeds leaves them to self sooth.
When you succed, what happens in the moment of put them on the crib?
Sshe's always lying down without getting up?
And About the crying, when she cries did you leave her in the room until she stopped?

@@Pinay_at_home When she REALLY cries, like, screaming desesperetaly, would you pick her up? Or confort her and wait 30 minutes? I just did the nap and the end was so hard.
At least she was stayng lyinh down but she was cring so hard I pick her up a couple times until she was calm and when she stopped crying put her in the crib again. I dont know if i did right cause she is almost 9 months, already stands in the crib i thin you supoose to just lay her down. But whe you daughter was cryind REALLY HARD would you pick her up?

@@emanuellesampaio664 at the time of sleep training, I didn’t pick her up. But you know ur baby. Do what you think is best momma. I can tell my baby was screaming for me but I thought it was just her frustration. First 2 nights was the hardest but after that, she sleeps through the night. Now, the longest she cries is 20 mins but most of the nights, no crying at all.
