India wanted to tax F1 more money thinking F1 would bow down to them. But FIA just said - your track isn't that important anyway, we'll just go with a different one.
Nope. This is actually something the FIA, or to be more precise, Ecclestone did to many many countries. For example the Track in turkey is quite popular within the drivers right. Ecclestone told the turkisch governmet to build the track and to pay F1 just so he pute the track on the calendar. After a few races they pulled the plug. They did this to so many countries and now the tracks are covered by dust.

The edit is top notch! I really like how whilst looking on the T-cam, you can still see the steering inputs and the little cherry there on top really shows off the minute details of said inputs along with helping show off how violent F1 cars directional-changes are.. F1TV needs this kind of edit honestly.
The track is so good and a pleasant one to drive in F1, Seb owned the track it's inception to the calendar in 2011, but man would be really nice seeing F1 cars there again for a race weekend, maybe not the current ones, but maybe the new reg cars for 2026.

@@CosmicSeeker69 that’s so incredibly accurate, i can’t even begin to describe it… Did you see the over-developed front wing on the (american) HAAS cars? I find this both hilarious and sad at the same time… They’ve stacked like 7 or 8 little gurney-wings inside of both wing-end plate’s 90° angle (this angle is called the ‘cascade’ i’ve looked it up, i’ll admit this much…) Although HAAS has made significant progress this season, I am not a real fan of the very core structure of this team.
