  • Guanlan Old Temple, located in the Guanlan area of Shenzhen’s Longhua District, is a relatively recent construction, built in 2010. Despite its name, which suggests historical significance, the temple is a modern addition to the area. It stands near a prominent banyan tree and serves as a place of worship for the local community.
The temple is situated close to the Guanlan Old Market, historically known as “Little Hong Kong,” one of Shenzhen’s four significant markets since the 18th century.
Additionally, the Guanlan area is renowned for the China Guanlan Original Printmaking Base, a hub for printmaking artists from around the world.
While the temple itself may not have deep historical roots, its proximity to these culturally rich sites makes it a point of interest for visitors exploring the Guanlan area.
