How to generate a signature for the Maps Static & Street View Static APIs

Keep Getting a 403 error while im still using recommended request format "maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/streetview?size=600x400&key=[API_KEY]&signature=[SIGNATURE KEY]&location="
or "maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/streetview?size=600x400&key=[API_KEY]&location="
I have tried both SIgned And Unsigned Request from URL Secret Signing Section, Either way shows the same 403 error!!
What's missing from this request that I am keep getting 403 error?? Who can Help Here??!!! Or is It a paid service??!!
