    Studio One is awesome because so much stuff is a simple drag & drop, but dragging MIDI isn't always the best or fastest way to move it around.
    Sometimes when you're dragging MIDI you may accidentally move it out of time, or forget to grab a some notes, or otherwise just mess it up.
    YOU DON'T HAVE TO DRAG MIDI to get it to the note you want!
    Whether you want to transpose up/down an octave or semi-tones, there are several ways to do it in Studio One 6.

    Always finding new things out in S1 some of these tips will help when working with drum midi groves when the mapping isn't quite right thanks man

    I made a macro for this due to the issue that S1 and BFD3 don’t talk to each other. I discovered that octave down gets my drum did files pretty close to how they should be.

    Studio one? I’ve been doing all of those things with logic since the 90s.. I thought I might learn something new here.

      U acting like studio one been out long as logic..truth is for the time its been out S1 added more features to they daw in this time spand more than any daw

      @@LossLeadas I have worked with logic since around 1986 when it was called EMagic, logic before Apple bought it in the 90s. E-Magic, on a floppy disc, was originally programmed by a German programmer and Hamburg named Gerhart.Lengeling. But Apple made great improvements to the program.
