Well he historically is only correct 39 percent of the time...and he sees his shadow during " grey sky's" lol...they should go back to old school and set him in a clearing and see if he has a shadow, instead of trying to play weatherman and being wrong 61 percent of the time anyway lol ...love the festival and tradition though
