May I suggest that everyone reads the IPCC AR 5 and 6 . It's really enlightening. Chap 12 is a good place to start

The pot on the stove is the world, the water in the pot getting hotter and hotter is the climate crisis, and all those frogs, in that nearly boiling water? Humanity!

Yes it has. First off, when water gets warmer, it expands, and takes up more volume. Even if the water amount has stayed, the same, it’s warmer and therefore occupies more space. So, the level is higher.

@@solarwind907 If you took grade 5 science you would know that if the air warms 2 degrees it will hold twice as much water! 13,000 years ago the Arctic was relatively ice-free and ocean levels were 400 feet lower. They bored a core hole in the Denman canyon and they found tropical plants at the bottom. So when Antarctica was tropical the sea level was 13.5 KM lower than today!

@@solarwind907When ice thaws it gets smaller! Remember during the Maunder Minnimum the sea level was 25 feet higher!

@@gamingtonight1526Get off your ass and visit Charlston SC. The docks built in the 1700 are miles from the Harbor. That is how much higher the sea level was during the little ice-age!
