Love what you are doing and Give a BIG hand to your dad for his help. This is awesome. Have a 92 Aerostar panel - cargo van I am converting as of now. Yours is much nicer. I look forward to watching the process.
Nice design. Really simple yet functional. If you ever have the need to change out your flooring I'd recommend using marine-grade plywood (for any van build) as it is substantially more resistant to mold and rot. And it's a good thing you did the floor laminate in the sheet style. Some people that have put down the squares or strips have found when the weather gets rather warm they tend to lose their adhesion
You're an inspiration for me, my 1995 Aerostar was abused and thanks to you I am fixing it up engine first! Its great to see the renovations done beforehand. I love your videos, thanks for posting
Nice. Put some water sealant corking all around the edges to prevent any spills, cause there will be some, from going underneath the flooring and creating a big issue.
Looking good- You work so fast that I got exhausted just from watching you I think that it's the first time I've seen anybody using vinyl to the floor 👍😉💐😘
very interesting i am almost finished with my 97 ford areostar cargo van. its super fun to drive. i am going to be living in it full time real soon. mine is grey on the inside i got the same vinyl as yours. i made a fold-out bed useing a piano hing and turned a twin size bookshelf style head board in to my kitchen got a caset toilet, berkie water filter. i am going to be putting in swivels on my front seats and adding a dyi swivel table. cant wait to watch your build thank-you for sharing!!! :)
Only could see the mid to upper rear passenger exterior, but the exterior looks good. Aerostars are notorious for rot and rust on the rocker panels. Hope she holds up for you. Aerostars are great trucks.
I just finished the flooring in my 95 Aerostar a couple days ago. Next week hopefully I’ll get the walls done 🤞🏼. Can’t wait to see what you do with it.
I’m sorry I couldn’t tell if you removed the carpet before adding plywood? I’m doing a 1995 right now and I can’t decide if I should take out the carpet first or not. Thanks.
she did not show underneath the nasty carpet for wiring or fungi problems and drain plugs etc?, i think the air cond should be removed and different belts to aid fuel and free up some room , i hate that fake air smell in homes or cars
Love the flooring! And I really like the way you laid it so the "planks" go side to side instead of length-wise like the other vans I've seen. Looks great! Would you mind telling where you bought the vinyl flooring? Thanks!
I love it, I actually bought the tile floors from Lowe’s but my aunt did her garage like this and I like this look better ❤️ where did u get it and what do I ask for🧐??
Bought a 93 aerostar and looking at ideas to set up to live in ( funny thing is , mine is the same color and size as yours , paid 350.00 for it , drives better than my caddy I had before )
Girl that floor looks amazing 😲👍🏼 definitely keeping this in mind for when I do my van floor , I currently just have the original carpet in mine right now , so far it’s liveable but after seeing yours 😍I wanna rip mine out now 🤣 brucenpiston on Instagram to check it out , I am definitely going to be bing watching your van build tonight for more ideas plus I think your really cute ☺️
Such a wonderful girl such a great job!!! Love to see this from young people!!!!

👍👍👍👍👍👍 Excellent job. And this is a pretty good living in a van channel. Congratulations. 😊
looks good and low cost and the vinyl is pretty durable just watch heavy stuff and slides or spread the weight on feet if heavy
How nice you and your dad working together on the project.

Where did you get steering wheel cover? Love it.

This is awesome!
Thank you!! It’s been fun
How did you make the Van floor completely flat?
Where did you purchase your vinyl flooring from?
Is there a reason why you didn't put insulation under the floor?

Please, use personal protect equipment (safety glasses) when you use electric fret saw. Please safe your beatiful eyes.
I will do that!
Are you going to put styrofoam insulation under plywood? Oh guess not lol
Stickers are a badge removing them is bad luck
