So let’s put this into perspective. This was Crawford after a year long layoff because all the fights he tried to sign all fell through. I think it was a bit of ring rust/inactivity more so than it was age. Madrimov, even though he only had 10 pro fights had over 300 as an amateur. With that many amateur fights he’s experienced for sure. Amateur fighting shows you so many styles. Also, with only 10 fights there is much less chance for study of a fighter than if they were to fight canelo. Canelo is almost 60 fights in. There is so much to study. Madrimov is also very awkward and poses a different fighting style than canelo does. I’m not saying that Crawford can beat canelo but I still think it’s a very interesting fight to be made
