- In the Starcrossed Exotic mission (when acquiring all 4 perks for the catalyst for Wishkeeper), you can access a secret portal! Not much is inside, expect a secret emblem, starcat and verified Ishtar Collective Logo! Today we take a look and speculate about this new mystery.

It might mean that the Ishtar Colective made a bargain with Taranis and he fullfiled a wish for them. Most likely that wish was to keep Neomuna safe and hidden away, because it contained The Veil. That's why that place is still as it was during the Golden Age and the Vex started attacking it in earnest only after the death of Taranis, when his protection expired.
Yeah that sounds plausible
One thing I thought of as we were collecting wish glass in The Coil is how Riven talks about it coming from a "poorly worded" wish and I think she also says the wish was about revenge? Not entire sure about that 2nd part, but the "poorly worded" part and the fact that its glass is very interesting to me, because I think it might actually be related to Praedyth.
See, Praedyth made a wish. He wished his hunt would never end. "Never end" is the key word of that wish. What ended up happening to Praedyth? He got trapped in the Vault of Glass, presumably fighting forever.
This lore comes from the Age Old Bond Legendary Auto Rifle, Ill put in parenthesis the key parts.
The driving bass line of a classic song from Old Earth drove their prey before them. No less than a half-dozen wyverns snarled and clawed at the trio as they stabbed and blasted their way through the wilds of Mars.

Beneath the song, (Praedyth heard static, like a comm signal.) Best not to think about it.

The "winged and scaled lion with boar's tusks" could have been an ahamkara. Now that I think about it, they do kinda resemble those features. Scaled, lion-like, tusks (tentacles), etc. And when Ahamkara granting a wish, they do show signs of them granting it.Their eyes glow, whispers are heard, etc. So, could the wish glass we pick up in The Coil be related to Praedyth and his wish for his hunt to never end? I think so.
So are we never going to talk about how the Collective’s logo is almost identical to a Hive rune?

noticing a huge theme of !lettinggo amongst the characters. lightfall started with the river flows story from nimbus and there is a continuing theme of hope and peace. it started even earlier with hidden dossier lore with "placing our heart in the face of the enemy and saying, 'change your ways'"
This could be build up for Episode 1 the vex looking episode. We could dive into the garden or network and rescue people/guardians trapped in the vex network like the VoG team or research members. In season of the dawn we did use the sundial and vex tech to rescue saint 14 and we also recently saw Asher in the vex network so there is the possibility we can open a door and pulls these people through
As much as I want to rescue the VoG team if they can be, I can see the Vex baiting us for a trap
@@TheShuuman Well, we already know that Asher got inside Vex network, and he sad that not he will became part of Vex network, it is Vex network ITSELF will be part of Asher, so if we truly go "fully" inside Vex network to save some peoples (or VoG team) and it will be a trap, Asher will defenetly help us.

I really hope we get content years to come. I would love the entire map of the Cosmodrome to be open. Have world events, bosses, even secrets. Think Guild Wars 2 or SWTOR

But why? Yes its visually stunning but the encounters are incredibly boring. Legend is even worse, filled with enemies that have far too much hp

Yeah I thought it felt different without all the overgrowth - more like the Vault or the Pyramidion... The emblem is called The Well Tended Garden though right? (I think that's what he said) so that WOULD suggest we were still in the Garden... Maybe deep underneath it it somewhere. Does the reward at the end of the GoS raid look like this? I've only done it once and can't remember, but you drop down after the boss right?
The Ishtar collective created the Vex, and they have used time travel to the point we never realized we created them.
It’s epic lore but we get no dialogue. Some would be nice.

I'm glad about a season ago I said on social media towards bungie I Tag them and told them that I want to see more missions like shield or Outbreak prime that I'm getting sick of seasonal contact and then a season later we got star-crossed!
I just hope they listen to the right people that season content is okay the way it is but make the rewards make the missions more of a focus. I just want the seasonal content to feel like a actual DLC having new destination new npcs every season shouldn't feel like the same!
Well….in a mission of the Taken king it shows how we went to rescue Praydith and that he was dead

I haven't even finished that bow quest at all for the season of The wish are my way until I level a lot to the right level of doing the star cross mission the only thing that gets me wondering is if I'm able to get all the catalyst to drop at once or I might have to do it all separate that's what really gets me thinking
you can do it all at once, if u do all the missions beforehand so they are all on the finish starcrossed on legend difficulty however there are two of those missions that are hidden in the starcrossed mission themselves

If I Remember correctly did we not find praedyths Skeleton body in one secret missions in D1? We’re you visit the VOG for something ? Unless they pull saint-14 to bring him back
We did but also didn’t, sorta like how we found saints body but where able to save him due to the time anomaly on mercury, time in the VOG is all screwy so even though we saw his corpse we can still save him

I did all 4 catalysts in one run but was unaware of this vex portal until ages after we finished it.
Do I have to run it on legend again or will doing it in regular still spawn the portal?

Of course I'm talking about the original bungee but this could be the indication of the collective that Venus may return in the first episode content between March and June..
I say the original bungee because the current bungee they don't have a really good story creative process they want to constantly do everything the lazy way recycle or reuse. Well that's OK but if they reuse it in a proper story manner and not just a lazy way just to make content!
My problem with the seasonal content is that it needs to be more story-driven and not so much of a title ornament chase! I saw the chart for the episode content I just hope we are not gonna have titles anymore I'm sick and tired of it I just want good story good rewards! I want destiny 2 to feel like destiny one story driven best rewards vs time invested in all aspects of content!
Personally if it wasn't for the dungeons I would have stopped playing destiny 2 a long time ago. I would never spend money on the seasonal content that's why I'm waiting for the first episode content to see if bungie is actually listening. I'm not the only one who is sick and tired of titles! I seen plenty of videos from other RUclipsrs who say something very similar that they are sick of titles they want the game to be harder and they want the game to be more rewarding. Titles should not be the main focus of seasonal content!
Titles used to be special , its not really anymore - with just about everything being tied to one
Bungie need to unsunset all dlc they stole from us 150 dollars worth of dlc and add it back and that would fix a lot of peoples complaints and mine the game was so much better then and since ahadow keep all they have done is resold us old content with different enemies and activity's that where far worse than original content the problem is there double dipping and we are the ones paying the price twice for same crap
