    That was very interesting, the whole thing. It was also very cool that they would invite you out to film an interview with the boss. I think it shows that they are accessible and want to show their face to their end-customer. Thanks for that.

    • @WesternRaven420
      @WesternRaven420 Год назад

      @LeeLee-gy7gp you aren't the first to mention that to me for sure. However, in this case, the xo cutter has cut several hundreds of cigars for me in the last 3 years and has no signs of slowing yet. The lighter, I am less impressed with. It needs to be set too high to start without sputtering, which means I am filling it like every other day at best. And the finish wore off the edges on like day 2. Cheap lighters are truly the best ones anymore.

      Do you know how to straight cut? I'd bet you've been doing it improperly.
      You only remove the cap. Its very little compared to perception. You've been cutting too much off.

    The Xikar warranties are a pain now. Xikar doesn't want shops to send out broken accessories on behalf of the customer, but instead want the customer to go directly to Xikar. A lot of customers PREFER to have the shop do the dirty work, and just call them when the new accessory has arrived. Also the owner mentioned repair or replacement, but it seems like Xikars are cheaply made, so much so, that they basically always replace the lighter, as if it's cheaper to replace than trying to repair. Even if something simple like the piezo has gone out. I have worked at a shop and never seen the same exact lighter come back repaired. Sometimes, guys will get an engraving on their lighter and Xikar doesn't care, they just send a different one back and not necessarily even the same color. ON TOP OF ALL THAT, they take forever now to do replacements compared to the time before QI bought Xikar. I believe they have tarnished the Xikar brand and over time people will see this more and more unless they make a change.

    Not a fan of Xikar! I sent back my torch and cutter that broke and they mailed them back broke! When I reached out by calling them they said to just mail it back. No thanks how much do I need to spend in shipping just adds up. I’m out $200 but work in the cigar industry and won’t recommend it for this reason. What good is a warranty if they won’t stand behind it? They could have sent me a new cutter and lighter but they don’t seem to care. Have a great day! I recommend Jet-line. What do you use?

    Hey cigars daily, it hurts to write this but I need help. Since I’ve started smoking cigars (a couple months ago) I’ve sought out a good experience with a flavorful cigar. A cigar that keeps you coming back for more. A cigar with hints of fruit, chocolate, or any combination of the sort. Sadly, each and every cigar I’ve tried has left me disappointed. Maybe I’m not made for cigars. I say this because earlier I tried a Olivia V Melanio (Maduro). I was hoping for coco and other unmistakable flavors but all I got was a grass and earth flavor. I was so disappointed i put it down. Criminal I know. I so desperately want to enjoy cigar smoking and the ritual of coming home after a 13 hour work day, busting out a cigar, and having a blast sitting on the porch smoking the day away. Any cigars you can suggest? Anything I should try? I need help man

    Bro Cigar Hound & DJ were straight up hating on cigars daily & Tim on Cigar hound dogs latest live stream and it put a bad taste in my mouth bc I’ve never heard Tim or Terrance or anyone talk ish about them, then dudes some feminine a$$ betas for doing that crap, I unsubscribed from them drama queens lmfao 🤣 oh and they mad bc Tim is selling Gurkhas, basically eluding to that Tim is a sellout, I seriously didn’t even know they didn’t like him but their energy just gives off hater vibes, maybe bc Tim has a bigger channel than all them combined but I couldn’t believe they were taking shots like that, they also said Tim is always happy or some BS like he never gives criticism like what, Tim gives criticism all the time, they were just hating bro and in their feelings not to mention this is the 2nd time DJ had said/done something that threw me off of his channel so yeah he just seems snakey and drama bruh, anyways I digress KEEP GRINDING CIGARS DAILY AND F#CK THE HATERS! 🤘😎🤘

      @Ghostblaze1 Thank you for your candid feedback regarding the Cigar Caddy. As information, we do not use any chemicals in the foam within the Cigar
      Caddy. As employees and users of the Cigar caddy, we are all tenured cigar smokers, carry our personal smokes in our Cigar Caddys, and have never had
      this experience. We are curious about your experience with the foam and would like more information about the "seepage" you experienced as the cigar caddy is waterproof and crushproof. Please get in touch with us directly so we can learn more about the issue you are experiencing.
