Pre-recorded guest questions came from Professor Green, Bryan Cranston and James Franco, The Vamps, Sadiq Khan, Ryan Tedder and Zach Filkins from OneRepublic, Miranda Hart, Gemma Chan, Michelle Keegan and Rick Astley. In-studio guest questions were provided by Mark-Francis Vandelli from Made in Chelsea and Pamela Anderson. The children of Mitchell Brook Primary School acted out Traingate. Jon Snow reported on Justin Timberlake's "Can't Stop the Feeling".
Charles Dance read from Rylan's autobiography. The mystery guest was Zac Alsop, who posed as a fencer and blagged his way on to one of Team GB's 2016 Olympics victory parade floats in Manchester.
A running gag on the episode was formed when, as Romesh discussed a new programme featuring his mother, Jimmy asked what Romesh's father thought of the programme, not realising that he had died, leading to the other contestants repeatedly chiding Carr about not checking beforehand. There was also a running "gag" with Mel Giedroyc's obsession with the Crossrail project currently going on in and around London.
Personally, I think the most worthwhile thing about the dog pilot is "Ruff weather" jokes.
Dog pilots make the most RUFF landings.
*Hits a joint* "What if we teach a dog to fly a plane...?"
C’mon Romesh, it was right there! “We’re flying at 35000 feet, the climate is pretty wuff”
this is captain dogg
Do you really think he reads your comment?
@@NeungView Obviously not, you know people can comment towards people they aren't talking to? Have you never made a comment towards something happening on TV?
Well, Mel B can never again say that she wouldn't piss on Bear Grylls. LOL
"two or three times" 😂
a coleslaw / a cold sore 😂 that's excellent
In 2024, do people in the UK still watch regular tv? Or are you all watching streaming like the rest of the universe?
the thing is they have the only tv programs (mostly panel shows on Channel 4 and BBC) left worth watching in the TV's of the entire universe.
10:15 David wasn't completely wrong, they both were near a stream alright.. 🍺
The only inaccuracy was it technically having next to nothing to do with the nearby river.. 😅
I've never seen that show, nor do I have the faintest interest given the amount of bs, but even I was surprised to find out that they're perpetuating the urine remedy for jellyfish stings.
The Bear Grylls show?
@@elizabethenas5640 If it's the one where they're in "the great outdoors" & pretending they have to survive. Meanwhile when the cameras aren't on them, they're eating regular food they brought in & chillin with the camera crew & everyone off screen. Then yeah.
It is an option as a last resort, per my Wilderness First Responder course.
Do think bear animal because the one with Michelle Rodriguez he was. Despite to drink her pee
It could be that Grylls is into golden showers, the peeing on jellyfish stings thing that most people seem to believe is what you're supposed to do is simply an old wives tale, it doesn't actually do anything except make the affected person smell of piss.
Apologies in advance to anyone whose long buried childhood traumas I may have just re-activated, with memories of that time at the beach with your mum when she pissed on your legs, for no good reason at all as it now turns out.
@obijon7441 on his birthday day his wife no doubt give him a golden shower
00:15 I was hoping that she would have just kept on walking away and never come back.
What, you mean you don't appreciate her poking her stupid noises into everyone elses jokes and sucking the life out of them?
She speaks highly of you.
