If true, I hope it didn't cause consequences for the orangutan. Similar to those who ignore the rules at other places where there's animals and visitors, I hope it serves as an deterrent and the animals survive the ordeal. If someone is that dense to pester an animal that is many times your strength and/or an apex predator, you've kinda brought it onto yourself. I just hope they don't have family with them or that there were kids around seeing it. Hopefully they learned their lesson in respecting animals after that.
The incident with the orangutan, those guys were being very mean to the orangutan for several minutes before it reacted. They are lucky, that orangutan could have torn him to pieces if it wanted to.
