Another huge factor I see why this fight could be just around the corner is Turki Alalshik. Big Turk has good relationship with Eddie Hearn and Bob Arum. He can be the mediator for both Boots and Norman jr as far the money goes. I won't be surprised if Turk can put this on a future Riyadh Season fight card.

Boots been shining while Brian Norman had one good fight. He wasn’t looking that good and that was Top Ranking putting him in a sink or swim situation. If it wasn’t for Brian Norman being a champ, I would still say he’s not ready, but since he’s a champ and his team is talking the way they are, let’s make this unification this year 🙏🏾

I agree. To be fair though i think the only two guys who would be willing to fight him is Bohachuk and Madrimov. Jesus Ramos is with the PBC, Conwell and Ortiz is with Golden Boy. Tszyu has to get past Bakram which I think is iffy. I’m honestly not impressed with Brian Norman. Santillan was very overrated. But I’m all for this fight even still since Boots can’t seem to get other fights
It's not a rivalry. Norman is nowhere near Boots level. Norman just needs to hand Boots the belt already. Just tryna squeeze out as much money from Hearn cause they know Boots will stop him.
