Keke is such a great interviewer, you can tell how happy all the guests are talking to her. Her aura comes across our screens which is very rare. Oprah is the only other one I can personally think of that people also felt that way watching her interview people. That whole gross sisters reference had me dying 😂 Keke is such a Disney kid I love it
Jordin Sparks was performing at an event that I was invited by my school to attend. I was really young but it was like 2010-2011. I met Michelle Obama because of her health and fitness campaigns and Jordin performed. It was amazing. Lots of kids from other schools for sure but we were all excited.
This was such a special episode!! Jordin has that role model star quality that we don’t see in our stars anymore! Nobody really cares about the people looking up to them but you can see that she truly takes her gift seriously. I loved the Whitney stories, to be such a talent and icon but still so down to earth and she was a mentor to so many of the younger girls in the industry. Just beautiful. 🫶🏾✨
I agree with Keke these shows aren’t about finding the next great singer/star, it’s all about the show being entertaining, the celebrity judges. Especially The Voice, it’s become about how many times that coach has won, it’s like a competition within the show, almost like sports stats that they use. But even every season it’s about who’s gonna be the new judges and who’s returning. I also love that Keke said reality tv has changed, it used to be very uncut, and showing the trials and hard work, now it’s more glamorized and everything is so great. ANTM is torn down daily it wouldn’t succeed on the air today cuz ppl are much more sensitive to that stuff.
I can admit it took some time for Jordin Sparks to grow on me, when she was mentioned I would overlook it but then one day I saw a video documentary about her being a wife and the moments leading up to her giving birth. She is true warrior and I have nothing but respect for her. Also fun fact she wrote "The Way" for Ariana Grande.
