Thank you soooooo much! The over hard egg seems perfect for me! Just a tiny bit of creaminess inside. I never liked eggs as a kid but for some reason I'm eating more and more eggs in my 20s. Still not a big fan of the runny yolk, tho hahahaha. Will have to work my way through that one.
Do you have any tips for making a lot at once? It seems whenever I need to poach eggs it takes forever and as I have to feed a large crowd the timing can get hectic.
This Saturday I am gonna surprise my husband! He loves over easy eggs and he just does it normal on a skillet. I have tried and tried and mess it up always but I can't with this way!
I'm thinking the pan method looks better. It looks like you can cook more than 1 egg at a time. If I used the pot it looks like I can only cook one egg at a time and since I like them hard, the first eggs would be cold before I finish cooking all the eggs.
boil the whole eggs the day before for 3 minutes, put them in ice water and then in the freezer ... peel them now they are ready in room temperature to have 1-2 minutes when they need to be used ... or you can store it at 45 celcius in hours they are ready when you need them
In the UK we keep our eggs out of the fridge. No reason to refrigerate. Cold eggs will also take longer to poach and the white will separate in the pan.
In this PC world that we live in I'm surprised we don't have videos of the very first black person who boiled eggs or the very first gay person whose soft boiled eggs and so on and so. I mean it's so important that we have diversity and inclusion. What about all the non-binary people in boiling their eggs.
Interesting. From the tone of your post, I'd wager you'd be upset with those videos. So instead you seem upset that they don't exist for you to get upset about? It must be exhausting being you.

Do the still water method at the end. I find when more than one gets in there it can get messy.
thank u so muchh!!! you’re the only video that showed how to do the hard one
Wondering if you could salt the water? Thanks for sharing your methods and times!
its better not to
I love poached eggs. How about some Hollandaise sauce to compliment 😋
Check out my Benedict recipe
Yeees! I wanted to know this too.
I'm a beginner in poached eggs. Your steps and explanation are very simple. I will give this a try tomorrow!
Lemon juice be used instead of vinegar?
I just LOVE your approach. Thank you so much for what you’re offering and doing. These videos are excellent ♥️
I love candia job for name
Khalid Hussain of azad kashmir
Hi how do you multiple eggs...separate pans?
Last method
Best video on this! Most others just show you how to make it one way. Over easy. Also yours shows alternative poaching option without vortex!
Very informative. Thanks for the know how!
Thanks for watching, Outlaw!
Wow! This is the best instruction video I’ve ever seen. Clear, concise, soothing voice, very knowledgeable! Thank you
On the pan is more easy if you cook few eggs in one time ! thx !
Yes
Would seasoning the water with salt have any effect on the egg ? Such as preventing the coagulation.
This Saturday I am gonna surprise my husband! He loves over easy eggs and he just does it normal on a skillet. I have tried and tried and mess it up always but I can't with this way!
Do it up!

Exactly what I was looking for now ! Cheers from Morocco
Thanks for watching!

Yes! They look perfect! Definitely will be using this method from now on!!!
Best video , best tutor n best notes all written in description box. You should deserve more subscribers you earned it. Tq
Thanks for the kind words, I appreciate you.
I'm a freak, I like 'em between over easy and over medium. What's that called? Goldilocks eggs?
Perfect medium egg! Love it! Thank you.
Thanks for watching!
(I "poach" my eggs in a skillet @ medium low heat with plenty of bacon fat. Works every time!) 😅😅
Nothing new here. Many top chefs think using vinegar and creating a whirlpool is an old wives tail. Personally fresh eggs are the key.
I guess I can't poach eggs. I followed the instructions and lost most of the whites, which floated as foam on the top of the water.
Now I'm gonna be an egg master because of you. Do you have a homemade cinnamon rolls recipe minus the yeast.
Thanks for taking the mystery and fear away from one of life's simple pleasures, I will enjoy!
This is exactly what I was looking for, thank you! I think I’ll use the second method so I can poach more than one egg at once.
Thank you. I've been looking for type/time video for a while.
Try straining the eggs before. It gets rid of all that featherly white. It really works.
Thanks so much!
This just got me laid AF!
Salute to you!
Thank you for this video. I am now ready to poach my eggs yessss!
Love a poached egg on toast with a little salt and pepper. Mmmm.

Immediate fail. You don't keep eggs in a fridge..
What if you are doing more than 1 egg? There is only 1 center when you create the vortex??
Do the last method
I guess i should have listened to the end and read the comments before asking the same questions as others - lol. Thanks for the reply!
Can U do 2 eggs at the same time
What if you want to do a few eggs at the same time
?
That’s in there, keep watching.
Gosh, one at at time means by the time I get the last one done, the first one is cold. How do we do this for a family?
By using the last method
Is it possible to cook more than one 🥚 at a time
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Can you poach more than one in the pan method

Standard method for poaching eggs, he explains why. Any restaurant you've been to does this, it's the proper method taught in culinary school.
I now use your recipe for hard boiled eggs and it’s perfect
