max out the engine parts. use showcase suspension (super), drivetrain diff for more drift, showcase diff for more powerslide than drift, also play with the downforce (I set it at max using drivetrain diff for drift races), and drift tires. It worked for me. Also I played on gamepad

Actually it's easy you have to tune up your car and change the parts of the car..i already did it.
