Lol. This reminds me of last year when I was also a student on site. The fatigue after a day od running up and down from site to office, measuring and quantifying. The double checking of everything. Having to figure out why materials are running short so more could be ordered. Sometimes wishing you were basking in the sun cause site's cold in winter. I really had fun and learnt a lottt. Love it.
Lol I like how you said "I'm feeling more optimistic today" and then immediately after a "not so interested, I ate too much, so over this" face pops up
I have enrolled into a 2year course with regards to QS. NZ Dip in construction majoring in QS. I have a commerce degree in Accounting but that wasn't my path. Have always wanted to do something in construction so Im hoping this is my career ticket as atm it's a gamble, i.e. Russian roulette..
GREYLYNN - SNAKEVENOM113% Fire that’s great! QS is a great mixture between accounting and construction, so your accounting qualification won’t go to waste
Hi Betty , this is an old video I made when i did not have much to do and did not even think about focusing on quantity surveying videos ( lol) I will share an updated one in the near future with a clear breakdown of my tasks. Heres one that kind of summarizes the tasks : ruclips.net/video/yPj1aYEciOo/видео.html
Hi, my name is Mikail. I about to go to college in a few months and i have 2 options. Either go to college 5 days a week for 4 years or i can be part of a programme which i only go in college for 1 day a week. What would you recommend?
Hey.. my name is Beauty and am currently doing my n6 in civil and building engineering, and l wound love to became a quantity surveyor. Do l qualify or l have to do B.Tech degree in quantity surveying?
Hey Beauty! It all depends! If you get a job that offers you a Quantity Surveying role and some training then you wouldn’t have to , however , if you want to become a professional quantity surveyor/ registered professional, then you might need to do a Btech degree in Quantity Surveying
These videos inspire me to keep going, thank you
