HOW TO INSTALL STUFFED
To activate the game you need to launch it through uMod. Click on the "Main" tab, then choose "Start game through uMod" and then look for FiveNightsatFreddys file in: Computer...C:...Program Files (x86)...Steam...SteamApps...common...Five Nights at Freddy's and select it. The game will start right after you select it, Then press Alt+Tab to minimize the game, go back to uMod and click "Open texture/package", go to the folder where you extracted the mod files, and select "Stuffed The Real Begin.tpf", once you select it you will return back to the uMod menu, and click "Update". After that do not close uMod, Just open the minimized game of Five nights at Freddy's and it should work.

the eyes are from a character called "the strongman"
I think Stuffed was based on a SFM because in the SFM the animatronics were the same color and had the same names. But they weren't animatronics in the first place, they were stuffed by Freddy and they were originally security guards. They also killed off the Freddy, Bonnie, etc., but not Foxy. Foxy was the only one left because Helen,Lucky, and Fredrick dismantled themselves. Not so sure about Pup though, he just is, there... Well, is that a good enough explanation?
It was based off the movie made from Source Film maker. And all the models are the exact same, just Foxy is different from the movie.
Just wait for the animation Stuffed 2 and everything will be explained
