Stroker crank, billet rod, big cam, big valves, ratio rockers, a ton of porting/polishing, big alcohol carb is the usual setup. Welding/bracing on the block to reinforce it all.

I know it sounded high. I have an alcohol clone I've built and i have had it to 10,220 rpm. Pretty nuts considering there around 3600 out the box LOL
