I need to say 2 things
N°1: SInerias is the GOAT, he's (as am tiping this comment) rank 6 on EUW and THE ONLY JUNGLER IN THE TOP 7 of the server, so props to him !
N°2: His lives are so chill, I leggit watch him for the great vibe and ofc for the amazing content he gives.
TLDR, you are awesome man, keep the great work and thank you for sharing it with all of us !

im in love with master yi and nocturne in the jg. This actually clicked alot. you truly made it known you dont have to have faker style mechinacs to carry a game, just rinsing and repeat the knowledge you have and make strategic moves, nothing crazy and stuff that most people could pull off. thank you!

I have never played the game before but I have played 1 moba somewhat recently. I have recently taken interest into learning this game before diving in and I will say that this video as pretty much outlined everything that I will need to know. I thank you for making this video, it is very straightforward and easy to understand. When I do eventually play for the first time I will lose because of mechanics and not knowing what anything is or does, or what the items are. But this video has definitely shown me how to path, what I need to look out for, and how to eventually win once I'm familiar with everything. So thank you so much and I look forward to watching more videos from you.

Okay this is great and all but before your first clear your team is already 3/0 without you. Can you show what to do in the inevitable situation where your lanes are already 0/5 before you finish first clear? I'm tired of games where I have literally NO PRIO anywhere from hard inting teammates.

Man I love your educational type of contents! Everytime I wanna feel more confident or just to refresh my game knowledge, I watch one of your videos and I'm back in the game with a fresh mindset. I'm (kinda) hardstuck in high Gold elo (Gold I and I'm going forward then I fall back) I was Platinium last season and thought it would be easy but no brother...I already have 100+ matches in Gold and I'm at the same spot for more than a week now.

In low elo, the lanes wouldn’t come/react to help you in enemy jungles like your first move to red at 3:30

    • @2744ducksdman

At low elo, people die when drag spawn or they don’t come making it almost impossible to safely to solo objectives.

Thank you Sinerias! I would love to see content like this for master+ elo, maybe even in challenger if it's not too difficult. There isn't a lot of educational content for people who can't break through masters - most educational content is for people in lower elos.

I actually realized the concepts you share in this video before watching it. Yesterday, to be precise. Since then I just muted the chat and won 7 games in a row on different Junglers, averaging 1 death per game with much more than 10.00 KDA.
This works very well - it is actually that easy. Consistency and mentality - that's everything it takes. :)

  • @richardekert1939
    @richardekert1939 11 месяцев назад +3

Loving the Yi coaching content. The only thing I would like to know is methods you could use to learn whether or not you win fights against champs. You have a lot of years experience, so I'm sure it's natural to you by now. I'm not sure how teachable that is. Just after you drove the herald and killed 3 for example, you knew perfectly well who to target and what skills to avoid (and how to avoid), and you did it like it was nothing. I've been playing the game a few months but I would be clueless as to what is an 80%+ chance for a kill/gank etc. I think that's the main thing slowing down a climb.
In short, is there a way you can give a rundown on matchups vs the most common champs, what to know regarding when/how to engage so we can gain understanding of these odds of a good outcome?

That can only be learned by playing a lot of games and reviewing what you did bad. Sinerias did those plays perfectly because he's been playing this game and this champ for years now so he can perfectly predict the way other people play with their champ by having experience.
My advice would be play a lot of Master Yi against other champions and learn from it by reviewing your games. You can also watch videos of other people playing and I recommend the channel "domisumReplay: Master Yi" if Sinerias' content isn't enough since it shows the game replays of high elo Master Yi players which you can learn from.

I've seen guides that explain this play-style and have had some success implementing them. Seeing someone perform it absolutely flawlessly is a great way for me to confirm that I'm on the right track. So the general idea is there and what I still lack is the situational awareness to judge whether something will work or not. But my 0 death-games are becoming more frequently. It's 3 out of the last ten right now.
What I'd like to see is a video like this but with Briar since that's my main. :)

Id like like to note at 3 minutes in this video, Eve showed in mid lane for a gank, which gives us a lot of information. We see that she has blue buff, and we see that she has 16 camps (each camp is worth 4 cs, meaning 4 camps have been completed, and with the blue buff we know she started on blue side and heading towards red side), which is why Yi ran straight at Eve’s red. He knew that she would continue her clear and look to base. I know that’s obvious, but for those learning, that’s where the play came from. It’s important not to show on the map if you don’t have to in the early game.

I feel you 100%, I played like this and had 65+ winrate (as a player who just began playing ranked). Now I am facing enemy teams that get a lead and know how to play with it at some point. For example your TF was playing quiet bad and had bad KDA. In my games it's not like the KDA is just bad but also his tower is down early.
As I said I already played games like you did here and I also turned loosing ones (for my team) into a win. It's just that enemy teams I am facing now will accel faster and wanna kill my lead.
I know I shouldn't say that but it feels like my teams are staying at the same level and enemy teams are getting better the more games I play no matter if I loose or win.

"I should have communicated to Varus that you shouldn't run it down for no reason."
Great explainer. I really enjoy these. Time to see if I can climb up from Emerald 3 to Diamond.

hi it was good coaching. if you can for the next few times try to predict as soon as possible what your next play will be so that we can make the difference with what we would have done, and if you can try to say what is the optimal possible play, but if for example because of X or Y problems it is not possible what are the other possible plays. Regarding elo games, between platinum and low master seems best to me. Thanks for the content.
