Took a blast from that compiler and only got his arm beamed off instead of just turning into a pile of sludge. If only he had a skin in the same vein as the security officer and found the older but still heavy hitting uesc weapons like in the trilogy then perhaps he could’ve won the fight.

When Triage was melting to invisible spore clouds, part of my soul felt a release. I was simultaneously sympathetic with his plight, and relieved that it wasn't just me.
@Darnk715actually you might be able to, or at least get whats required to do so, my guess is the prestige marathon c.e.0.3 key is to gain access to the ship (which me and others were able to get from a warden on dire marsh). After watching this short its led me to believe you need to activate something on outpost with it, which then gives you access to the marathon ship itself, while the red c.e.0.6 key opens a vault in the ship, possibly a raid/dungeon like event.

Whats interesting is at 0:34 you can actually see Triage pushing the same effigy of the compiler he will find later at the end away while looking for loot. If he had seen that effigy instead of haphazardly rummaging around looking for a way into the Marathon itself, he and the team might've been more prepared for the compiler.

Really proud of how this turned out. I choreographed the action. All of the motion capture was performed by three other stunt performers and myself. Everyone involved absolutely crushed it.

@robob221I totally agree halo definitely has that classic Bungie magic. Without the obvious legacy that halo has, marathon also seems to have that magic, at least to me anyway.

So to get something like this that feels like that golden age of gaming back when, and for it to come from Bungie feels so great. Had chills watching this video. It's pretty hardcore so it's not gonna do HUGE numbers but I think it'll do fine at launch to a dedicated core and then more people will trickle in over time. I think they know this.
