I still can't believe that Miles didn't just go to the police when he found out Deborah was being drugged. He should've at least told Deborah what was going on!
It's odd; when I was watching this 'first run' back in the day, it seemed to me that this whole Miles drugged by his water cooler story moved slowly and too months to wind down. But now, on re-run, I have to agree, it moved pretty fast. Of course, back then I was watching one show per day as they were aired. Here, I watch 5 or more episodes at a time, so that may well make an otherwise drawn out story seem to move much faster.... :-)
