Shara,I have loved dolls my entire life too, and when my seven-year-old granddaughter comes to visit, we sit for hours and play Barbies and make clothes. You don't have to explain your hobby to anyone, you don't have to justify how many dolls you buy! I think you're a wonderful, caring, sweet woman, and I love all your beautiful dolls! I really think living apart can be the key to staying together. If I get married I would be totally down for that. having your own space is so important! your new little guy is amazing!! and you don’t have to prove yourself to anyone, girl. I love your box openings! I think you'll find that as you're in the hobby longer your bringing home new babies will slow down, but you have the right to bring home as many as you want!! there are too many cuties!! anyone making negative comments can find their way to the door. keep doing you and collecting the way you want!!

I am very grateful and appreciate my position. I have been very fortunate to be at the right place at the right time and also fortunate to have a lot of time to shop, research and inquire about different dolls that would be great for my nursery. I love Levi, his artist is wonderful.

I have people say “ oh you collect dolls” and I say “ no I collect babies” for me their my babies and not just dolls. Most people, unless they collect will never understand what these babies do for out minds and souls 💗 they really mean a lot to me 💗 enjoy your special hobby. It’s a wonderful life to live 💗💗 I do not see you as showing off either. There’s nothing wrong with being thankful for what we have 🥰🥰

Thank you for sharing all your box openings! I love them. I have PTSD and consequently don’t leave my house much. I so enjoy celebrating your dolls with you. You should collect as many as you enjoy.
Oh I want to thank you for your service! I was medically retired from the Air Force for my PTSD. I miss serving so much. I love being able to support another veteran.

Absolutely no apologies needed friend! I understand completely. This hobby can feel a bit lonely because we don’t have a lot of people in our lives that participate in it. It took me four years to do it but I finally started my channel to feel included in this awesome community and have the opportunity to get to know fellow collectors. I would hope nobody in this community would be misjudging you or your intentions. You are blessed to have the collection that you do!

What a handsome Levi. I have him too. He is my go to baby when I am feeling low and need snuggles. My other go to baby is the Marcus sculpt. I don't cuddle so much I just love holding her. All Doll Artist and collectors get you so you are not alone.☺️

I had the same thing when I was new "which was really not all that long ago" but I just kept having box opening after box opening bc I just wanted to experience so much & the more & more I learned & saw in the hobby that ultimate realism just blew me away! But EVERY box opening is special! Sharing it makes the experience that much more magical!
I'm the same as you. I have zero style really, but comfort & quality is of the most importance to me. I could swap out seasons & use an excellent quality crafted hand bag for 10ys! I don't buy things for the labels I buy for the quality bc it lasts & lasts & ultimately in the long run saves you money!
Anyways I can totally appreciate what your saying. And omgosh this Levi is just over the top!! You must be in heaven right now! Enjoy your journey in collecting & try not to worry about what others think. Nice ppl that care about others will share in your joy. There's always some folks that we will never plz & that's ok just do you & the good ppl will gravitate towards you that want to share in your joy & your journey! I LOVE seeing the collectors that dive in head first & have that true passion for the art & the babies. It's what it's all about!

Thank you so much. It’s truly a wonderful hobby. I love these babies so much and making videos for RUclips just brings in another element that is so exciting. I also really love posting pics on Instagram. All of it combined is not only very fulfilling and fun, but it truly gives me something to do all day. Things will change a little bit when I start being able to travel to New Zealand every few months again, but I’m definitely going to involve the babies and my RUclips channel on my travels as well. Thank you again your support means the so much to me. 😘😍🥰🤗

Seeing your babies makes me want higher end ones because they look so real. I’ve only got like six of my 46 who look close to hyper realistic. Lol. The rest can pass just fine but those other six maaaaaannn they really intimidate me for when I paint but make me appreciate the talent also

Congratulations! He is beautiful and does look so realistic! Enjoy! I decided to purchase from a brand new artist this week, I am so excited and yet nervous. I really appreciated seeing all of her post as she worked on him and know it took her a long time so I wanted to support her and take a chance on her, in pics he looks amazing (this is her 3rd reborn). I just adore them but I'm having great difficulty trying to figure out where to start and how can I get my hands on one of these gorgeous babies. I've been scammed once already from a site. I just need some help in the right direction. I've got anxiety and deal with depression and I really would love one of these babies to hold and love. Can you please help!
The only legitimate site is reborns.com It has individual artist's who list their work. I have bought over 30 dolls there. :)

Hi I really felt quite saddened that you felt you had to explain yourself I have seen many of your box openingings and I only thought to myself I wish I could afford to do it.
Don't ever feel that you have to feel bad I love seeing your dolls.

Actually, he had been sold and the new mommy only had him a few days, so I'm technically his 5th mommy. :)

@@blessthisemptynest I do have a lot of time to shop around, research and scroll through Instagram and Facebook. I have actually purchased the majority on reborns.com. I have been an eBay shopper for over 20 years and have been very lucky there. I got one from Instagram from someone I follow and another from a Facebook group I joined called High End Reborns For Sale. Two I have gotten through private sales from just getting to know people in the community. Good luck. :)
