When you were looking at the vodka bottles (about 5:26), you grabbed a stick with a funny white bent shape on the top. It is used by elderly folks to reach items that are up high or at floor level. Or for short people for same purpose. Seems like they run 15 to 20 new. It is incredibly handy.

The lathe was listed for almost $500 and you said $170. I know sitting on things is hard but list for the higher price and then mark it down if you have to you will be surprised. Your location could make a difference but just give it a try and it may work.
