Korone is a true hardcore gamer. She might seem silly at first, but once she understands how it plays... KO. At this point I'm no longer surprised as she takes out games I struggled at in a day :P
I dunno at which point but at somehow she changes the difficulty setting... see the 1st and 2nd time she tries the first boss, it keeps spamming the heads nonstop, then at 41:30 mark the boss only throws 4 heads and then pauses.. also the 2nd boss (when she eventually gets there) dies in 5 seconds of attacking.... i tried this game just recently and it wasn't this easy on system i attempted. Also that wasn't the true ending. I remember beating the game as child/teen and after final boss it restarted (new loop) and this time there were more enemies.. i never got past 2nd stage on 2nd loop even when playing with my brother on co-op.
@@samamies88 the head spamming is a bug, it was supposed to be 4 head pattern. The second boss does usually dies like that because it staggers on hit and the dragon can just spam it quickly for high dps.
This may or may not be an unpopular opinion? I think the Arcade version of Altered Beast is better than the Genesis release. Might just be because in 2010, I decided to spend my Wii Points on that one instead of the Genesis one, but I find it has a lot of visual and audio advantages over the original. It even has a picture slideshow for beating the game. Might also be because the Wii Virtual Console release of the Arcade game had the option to start off with specifically 240 lives, but hey; I still had fun.
yes but the genesis version is the more well-known version, not many really know the arcade version, plus korone is a hardcore retro gamer, most of the retro games she plays if she has a chance, she will play on the retro consoles
This fucking dog. My brother and I played this when we were kids and could never beat it, it was like the hardest game in the world. Even as adults, we tried again when he got a port for it on his PS4. Even with the both of us, we still couldn't beat it. But this cutesy anime dog girl done it, she really is something.
