I was so excited, and let me tell you, I have never been so excited, satisfied, and in awe of how amazing Emirates is, from the cleanliness, to the service, the seat, the food, the ICE Entertainment, the list goes on! Emirates, I say this truly, is THE best airline out there, and I can't wait to travel with them in the future!

Yes! I fly out of Kochi to New York every year, and we allways make it a point to fly Emirates every year, they really have the extra something, especially on the World-class A380! Hope they plan to serve my hometown in Austin, Tx one day….

I just had worst flight experience with Emirates. Flying with A380 from Paris to Tokyo with transit at Dubai, departure from Paris was delayed for 2 hours with passengers onboarded and without proper air conditioning! I need to literally ran at Dubai airport to catch my flight to Tokyo, and as final blow my luggage did not make to plane going to Tokyo. I don’t think I will fly with Emirates ever again !
Worst service ever 😑 my luggage lost since 22 april but still no step is taken by the airline. That luggage had all my essentials and even they are not giving the refund since its been five months but pathetic customer service. Infact they don't even reply to emails.
