How to make a Jingle Bell from a blank

This video shows you the tools and techniques needed to make a personalized jingle bell from these blanks. You will need a torch, a dapping block, with dappers, stamps and stamping block to personalize (optional), a tumbler or polishing tools, a small bead or piece of metal for the clacker, a small piece of wire or string, a hammer and a plastic mallet.
