I want to copy your MV heritage unit in A scale, the modern logo on the old school paint scheme just looks awesome. I love modern purple design as well.
Mike, you have an incredible layout and very well thought out! I just took a chance to watch and glad I did, awesome!!!!! Even though I model HO Scale, I can always enjoy watching N Scale layout for the shear size of what you are able to fit in the same size as HO. I have subscribed to your channel and glad I did. Hope you will do videos/or have done videos explaining what you have done and how, I am building a layout and always want to learn from other modelers. Again, thank you for the videos and will continue to watch and enjoy!! Much respect D. Muse (WTCMRR)
Thank you for the compliment. I do intend to try and do more videos, though a lot of them may also be about custom locomotive builds with unusual DCC or lighting installs. The layout itself has just been a slow growth that has morphed constantly as I've progressed. It's my first layout getting back into the hobby after 30+ years, which is actually why it was built in the middle of my workshop instead of tearing everything out for a more conventional around-the-walls layout. Now that it's been a couple years and I know that I'm not going to get bored with it (quite the opposite), there are plans to indeed move all the shelves and workbenches to another room and expand this layout to also run around the walls through a city and into rural countryside in addition to this central industrial "island".
WOW! What a fine layout! It's awesome! Thanks for sharing
