OMG, what an episode! This Jo Nesbø is an inspiration. I love this show! Please, make more episodes/seasons! Even 1 hour episodes would be even better!
He said he wanted to have been able to spend more time with his daughter but given the choice he'd probably choose the novel again. Technically, that isn't regret. It's remorse. Superficially they're similar but they're very different when you think about it. I really love this show, BTW. Please do more.
Interesting.....had to look that up as many sites just state remorse as "deep regret", but Merriam-Webster states Remorse as guilt from past actions, which he feels, but actually would not do over. Now I know, and knowing is half the battle!
Craig’s Scottishness is just part of life back home in Glasgow....his patter and outlook, questioning stuff, joking etc. are all Glaswegian! Like our weather here,it’s crazy, mixed even depressing so we as Glaswegians take life in jest.Party! Happy Hogmanay!!!Cheers!
Wow... I just stumbled across this looking up interviews on Jo Nesbo. I can't say enough about this show. Craig... like you're gonna read this... I have watched you for years on the late night scene, and you're a funny dude. However, seeing this side of you while interviewing guests is quite a refreshing change. Your chemistry with Megan is great! Awesome interview with Jo and the way this show was filmed was quite enjoyable. I have subscribed to catch more of your stuff on here. Great job to both of you! Thank you! - Chad from Tennessee
Jo Nesbø is a very interesting person..(We have many...) You will not hear a lot about Norwegeans, because we are humble and don`t brag.. It`s our culture..We actually look down on people trying to show off..."We are all the same, and nobody is better than anybody else.." is what we learn as we grow up... I think this will change.. :-D
I watched all previous episodes, but watching this one I suddenly realized that I got a crush on Megan. Isn`t it strange how this things work? Guys, keep making episodes. It is such a pleasure to watch them (and not only because of Megan).
I love this show. So natural and easy going. I just dont understand all the questions about if we going to live forever. Off cause we are! Their is an ever after. The best is yet to come. Please keep on doing the shows. It is very entertaining. Greetings from South Africa.
Wow! This is thought provoking, and such great minds asking intriguing questions. I forgot I was where I am! I really enjoyed this and traveled along. They are so communicative about broad spectrum concepts and defining direction and meaning through each other and by meeting new and unique people. I know I'm going to follow them. Nice to see such a beautiful relationship too! I always enjoy Craig's sense of humor on some of the videos I've seen as I don't watch network television, not since I was 14 and 64 now, well only sometimes if I were in a motel and traveling. I like too the way they filmed this so well, the crisp images and great sound. I love too the shots of nature and the drone views, great, and how flowing the editing and camera work like when they were visiting and how they sat on the edge of the beautiful lake! Thanks all for sharing your wisdoms and talent!
Thank you for this series! It has been mystical, touching, intellectual and personal. It is helping me make the transition to the next phase of my own life, which will bring whole new challenges. The adventure continues...
I've always liked Craig Ferguson but have never seen him with his wife Megan, they are obviously soul mates who are comfortable in each others company and I love them for that as that is being rich in my eyes. This interview with Jo Nesbo is very good and hope to see many more. P.S. Love the cabin in the woods.
binge-watching your videos as I've just found them just today, ... & SO IMPRESSED!!!CUDO'S to the both of you, and those you interview. Changing the scenery, the conversation intrigues, SO FRESH! My thanks to you all... "Fur-real."
This is deep. Truly great. The importance of trying to make the right decisions in life. There are different callings in life too and sometimes decisions can be very tough. Very touching what he was saying about spending more time with your kids. It showed me that we are all not too different in certain aspects what decision making concerns. We just have to try our best.
Jamie Diaz living too long is kinda boring. Why would you want to live long. I'd rather live healthy and happy for a short time than a long miserable unhealthy existence
This is a fantastic program, it's entertaining yet it's intellectually stimulating; a combination that is quite rare today. Is it broadcast on television or is it strictly an 'internet' thing' and are there plans for future episodes besides what they have now???...I want MORE!!!
In two days I have to decide whether I will remain a scientist or whether I will become a programmer or a writer. This was an interesting episode for me...
what did you decide? I have about 6 months of coding left in me and on to writing next. Can't wait. I'm so sick of code.... Great episode. I'm Scottish descent and found Craig only after his show ended. Just found this YT series and love it so much.
Really glad with this new endeavor of Craig Great show and this specific episode absolutely interesting and amazingly inspiring!!! Will there be more ??
So not only does CraigyFerg get to be rich, famous and married to a beautiful woman, but she is also smart and funny. Question: what was the Devil wearing the day he signed the agreement? Grrrrrrr

Damn Craig, this is the best show at the moment and the fact that you did it with Meg just makes it so much more beautiful and pleasing to the eye ;) :DD This one particularly is very well done. Hope you had a great time in Norway. Have you been to Norway, Geoff??
I understand when people say “Didnt craig say he never liked scripted things ?”. But i’m not really bothered by it at all ... the thing is, i believe he doesnt mind it this time because hes together with his wife and it seems genuinely fun when theyre having their conversations. And Although abit scripted, i believe all the ideas are still theirs nonetheless. So hes not contradicting himself in any way, because these are still probably questions and topics they really wanted to ask and talk about. Unlike sometimes in late night talkshow where you sometimes find urself interviewing someone whos boring and/or uninteresting ... but u have to try and put up with them anyway. In this case, the scripted part of it only comes in to make sure the flow of the video is nice, and thats another art form in itself ... good videos and good editing. Bottomline, i still find this a great show! Its nice to see craig spend time with his wife where they seem to actually be having a good time. Smart and relaxed.
Dear Craig & Megan, You are extremely interesting and incredible people. Once I finally get my books and music produced and released to the public, please have me on your show. And allow me, for the duration of my time on the show, to speak with a Scots dialect so as to prove my worth as a pretend Scotsman. And forgive my dorky weirdness. Peace, Love, Vision, AC
Dear Craig & Megan - Have you read Mr. Nesbø's childrens' books? The "Doctor Proctor's Fart Powder" series is delightful. The kind of childrens' books that so rarely get written by American authors.
I wish I could hear them talk about… how a woman can get her career life back on track when she has kids. I dreamed of working in TV and movies but was born in the middle of nowhere in Canada.. can’t just go down to the states to work and didn’t have the means to go.. so got into entertainment here in my city.. radio.. producing and anchoring etc.. But the pay was so low, wasn’t conducive to having a family. I now have 3 amazing kids but am a SAHM and my heart is always screaming at me to achieve my career dreams but …have no idea how.
So if Megan considers her correct turn in life was her decision to attend the party, does her ex consider his wrong turn in life was standing on the other side of the room? I think I sure would! Hope he found his right track as well.
surprising to see Jo in these. Might have asked him why the Snowman movie sucked so bad. The subject reminds me of what Heidegger said on this, people should spend some more time in graveyards. Also, Craig moving with the family back to Europe for real ? Awesome welcome back !
How come there are no mosquitoes in this video, as you're sitting there on Nesbo's porch. Was it too cold? Did you spray the whole area before the taping in order to avoid everyone constantly slapping themselves?
I think that pickup line would not work for anyone else than Craig Ferguson. If I said that line to a girl at a party she would say: "So if I was your girlfriend you wouldn't trust me and let me talk to other people? Fuck off!" :D
The song is called "Where do love go" and the artist is Lune. Unfortunately I cannot find anything about the song anywhere. Universal/Cosmos Music has not released it apparently
Having to choose between Stalin and Hitler... at 19, in 1940, with the world collapsing around you. My god. I can't do it, I don't have the moral fortitude to make a decision like that. But if I were in his position, I would've probably done the same, if the Stalinists were occupying the region. Finland suffered from that later on, so he made the right decision, and as he said, paid the price for it later.
I think that there is no right or wrong. There is a personal decision based on your upbringing, values, responsibilities and cultural norms. Sure living to make yourself happy is the aim and dream but it doesn't always work that way because of circumstances.
my former friends lost their job I'm the only one with a job and yay she laughed , yeah my husband is rich who cares about the others? follow your dreams with 0 money yeah.everyone has a rich family, nice condition of life and nice inheritance.
This is a damn good show. Kudos to the team behind this (internet) show.. Please keep making more episodes.
Craig and Meg are more repulsively adorable and funny with each episode. Love that it starts a discussion on so many interesting topics.

M Doffy lune. Where do love go
