What makes the whole joke funny is that the guys quirk is literally just stress.....if someone like doof who had a shit life and constantly deals with a platypus ruining his life had this quirk he'd body most people.
Doof has no use for a quirk like that He's been so stressed out all his life that he is immune to it. His default mood is pessimism, but his outlook is optimism. Bizarre, but true. It can't get much worse than what he has already experienced.

Therefore, he wants to destroy the entire world in order to experience emotions for the first time. And there are characters like in Hero Academy, “I’m evil because I’m evil. I have no other reasons to be evil, I just want to destroy everything around me.” At the same time, I had a flashback like “my father didn’t want me to become a hero and use superpowers and once hit me in the face when I said that I would become a hero. So I killed him and my whole family.”
Bro what's even better about this is that in the anime his quirck is stress and knowing doofenshmirtz back story it makes so much sense so I am convinced the person who made mha definitely knew what they were doing

He's the one villian I'm unable to blame or even act like his actions aren't 100% justifiable from his perspective, somehow both of his parents didn't show up in his birth, that's some physics breaking just to give him some trauma
Here's a theory, doofinschmertz was a surogate pregnancy which is why his parents never showed up to his birth and doof's mom never showed him the same level of affection to his brother, i mean roger looks more like his mom than doof does and parents heads both look different than doof so...maybe he's got his biological mom's looks...that might explain some things, his father called him weak while he was strong enough to do the things he couldn't and his biological mom just birthed a baby and probably walked away while like it was nothing (confusing the doctors, like where did the mother go), and his mom never truly loved heinz because he was not her flesh and blood and probably resented heinz's father for resorting to suroget pregnancy and to make amends they never attended the birth of heinz. Doof's parents may have been overjoyed with roger's pregnancy because it would be their flesh and blood while heinz was only biologicly related to his father. Heinz may have never been told the full truth but all he knew was that his parents never showed up for his birth.

In an unironical manner atleast in my opinion doofenshmirtz is one of if not the best villain in all of cartoon history. His backstory was funny just like the cartoon but it was also sad, he is a great loving father and he never wanted to hurt anyone.while many of the stuff he did were done with a kind of bad intent he never was evil
Zyzz shouldn't be only limited to physical fitness its should be much more than that it is that discipline, sincerity, consistency and never giving up attitude which makes great things to happen zyzz should cover those values like hardwork, empathy and warriorship including purity of soul and humbleness, it should be the embodiment of transformation from life we hate to the Selfbuilding the life we aspire, that journey and that passion , zyzz is that every person who is trying to make a change in himself and in society, we all are in it brah and we gonna make it for sure in our individual life targets be it physical fitness aur success
doofenshmirtz is one of my favourite disney villains because honestly he is just not someone you can hate. yea he may wanna disintegrate your hotdogs, cause a media blackout or put you back in the stoneage, but doofenshmirtz is not inherently a bad guy. he always has a goofy personal reason behind it all. he has a daughter who he cares for ALOT about to the point that when a creepy adult biker guy hits on her he just makes him disappear (did he get vaporized? who knows. does not sound like heinz' style is all I'm saying) he never aims at human life. he may decrease the quality, but he will never kill to get what he wants. he is divorced but you never hear him speak ill of his ex wife even if she nags sometimes, because he knows that she just wants him to be good to vanessa never will he outright aim at perry's life as he (often shown in episodes) is not a nemesis to him, but a friend trying to suppress his worse side he also has suffered so much abuse which made him a villain, but he is not a mass murdering psychopath or a world dominating shadow organization kind of guy. he just aims to fill the voids from his early life experiences to feel better in his own goofy villainous way and honestly: i love this man and i am convinced that if need arises he would put his genius to a good use.
