It seems everyone who sold them decide to go back, they're just lovely cars and for the money will put a lot cars to shame, definitely keeping this one. My mate has the J and I didn't find it as fun to drive it felt 'to safe' if that makes sense, a little bit to modern for me, personally i would opt for the H again but maybe have a test drive and see for yourself?

I have the j model vxr and got a custom built sse cat back. from the manifold. plus piping increased to 3". as well as that it's stage 1 remap plus Rss high flow induction kit. the crackles from it are class. good deep sounding of them but still it have to be running warm and in vxr mode to get near to the pops (backfires) . the H models with after market exhausts seem to naturally get more volume and pops than the j model. so nice one mate, health to enjoy and drive safe.
+PULS3R1D3R it's not just the boxer engine that makes them sound like that it's the unequal length exhaust manifold listen to a twin scroll jdm Subaru doesn't sound the same because has equal length manifold and trust me that a bitch to work on ok if you got girl sized hands

around £500 for exhaust, £180 for pre cat, £250 for cdti conversion.
