a nutty daughter no surprise those kids were buried there, I cant help wondering just how much those kids knew, she lived across the road and other sibling lived in that house and was present when his mother died ,they had to have heard something ,or even smelt something burning flesh has a very distinctive smell, ask any Jew.

Yeah, I don’t know if sociopathy can be inherited, but it seems like she is a very emotionally disconnected and brainwashed is what comes to mind. I’m usually one of those people that thinks children of monsters like Chad Daybell are off-limits, however, being that Emma chose to go on the stand and commit perjury by taking responsibility for those wind direction searches, she’s interfering with Justice for three innocent victims and now that it’s been so many years and she’s making a conscious choice, it’s hard to have a lot of empathy from where she’s coming from. I don’t doubt that she’s not in a great situation, but at some point, you have to choose how you’re going to deal with it.
They are shell shocked and don’t know what to think or do.
At this point, Emma found out her mom was exhumed because the cause of death was suspicious. She was refusing to talk to the police . She never even questioned the fact that her friend Lori who she kept in touch with, was in jail and that both her dad and Lori refused to say where the kids were. Then she finds out they’re buried in the yard… and she still doesn’t question any of it.

To people as brainwashed as Chad's kids, the outsiders are the liars, cheaters, and bad guys. AFAIK, they've always believed he was innocent. So they must have decided someone else is to blame for the bodies, etc. I pray they come to see the light eventually - and work out all that that means, as painful and difficult as it will be.
I listened to Heather Daybelll's. (married to Chad's brother) interview and how when she first met her husband's family she was shocked at how they were so disrespectful in the way they talked about his mother and I wonder if there was a similar dynamic in Chad and Tammy's home where they belittled Tammy so much that she was less significant in their lives. The family actions and responses are so perplexing.

I've been saying this. Tammy was nothing more than a doormat to all of them. She paid the bills, she made the home, she raised the kids, she did all the work, yet they all treated her like crap.
I'd say the only respect and love she got was from her work. That's where she was happiest. Until Charles sent her the emails, that was her happy place.

I struggle to understand how someone who is allegedly religious fails to live his life by the ten commandments - specifically 6 to 10. He is complicit in murder, a lying adulterer and a thief. It always amazes me that murderers don’t want to die themselves.
And I notice there's not one word about the second coming that he had claimed was imminent! Quite an eye-opener; at one time I thought he and Lori actually believed their own BS and thought that the country was going to collapse--government, economy, infrastructure, law enforcement and all--a month and a half from Chad's arrest, and the COs would fall down at their feet like Paul and Silas's jailer.

People seem to forget that JJ & Tylee were technically - should have been - Chad's step-children. If he knew nothing about what happened to them then why was he not worried about where his step kids were when they were missing? Why was he not beside himself when bodies turned up in his yard if he was framed? I would've been crying, shaking, beside myself with fear, horror, worry, disgust. He knew of JJ's & Tylee's existence even if he told others Lori was an empty nester. And what was John Prior's involvement at this point to be mentioned in context of the house/finances? I have SO many questions about so many things beyond the obvious lack of emotion. Emma knows more than we thought imo. She says the spirit told her what was going to happen? She was talking to Lori while Lori was in jail? I know people handle stress in different ways but this is definitely not within the realm of what I'd call "normal" behavior. Emma says "we're independent now... With your wallet". I mean, what?!? So much bizarre stuff comes up in this footage that I don't even know where to begin

Chad gave his attorney the house for payment for representation. But it has well exceeded the worth and now he’s working for FREE.

JP was mentioned only in context of financial legal issues in the cruiser video so JP now owning the house as payment - for however many years he's had it - isn't relevant to this

That Lori was married to their Dad weeks after their mother died should be enough to not speak to either of them again. The BS Lori said about them all being happy and busy in heaven is exactly what vision Chad will have told his own children/members of his cult. Sadly they believe this as they were brought up in a high control religion where visions and subservient women and children are central to the beliefs.
Remember we learned from Emma's now-deleted Reddit post that she and Lori were close long before there were any questions about anything, that Lori was very instrumental in helping the children grieve. I wouldn't be surprised if Lori and Tammy actually had met. To be that open to a new step-mother so quickly, I think they had to already be somewhat acquainted with her.
Remember in this video she doesn’t know it’s two children, just “human remains” and Chad had already told her that they were just animal bones and so she didn’t THINK it was human at the time. Now, she has no excuse… she’s just closing her ears to the truth.

I’d be asking questions, and in a state of shock and emotionally a wreck if there were dead children found in my Father’s yard… And my Mother had recently died, and that suspect as well.
Emma’s behavior has been inappropriate and snarky ever since… she posted on social media about selling the dirt that the law enforcement left in a pile from digging up Tylee and JJ, with a picture of her on a 4 wheeler or tractor driving over it. She has zero remorse, zero empathy. She knew more… she knows more.
If that's true that is unforgivable although she is the child of crazy Chad so any kind of despicable behavior is possible.

I can no longer find it there or anywhere, but I saw it and was shocked (understatement). I will ask on Reddit to see if anyone knows where pic is. I refuse to believe chads kids didn’t smell the body burning in the yard for over a week. they knew what went down. Anyone who’s ever burnt hair knows how bad that smells.
Burning flesh is pretty bad also. How could the neighbors not smell it either? Did they say that Tylee burned for over a week?
Remember we learned at LV’s trial that Emma I believe and possibly other siblings visited C and L in Hawaii over Christmas 2019 when the search for the kids was full on. I’m sure she’s fully indoctrinated

I always took Lori saying they were friends as a lie to get Charles off her back, but she also said weird stuff about it when she spoke at her sentencing. That, coupled with the fact that Emma referred to her in that post as a "family acquaintance" makes me wonder how much Lori was already in their lives. Just thoughts circling in my brain right now.
I also find it interesting that Emma is being treated as the oldest child here. Chad is directing her to be in charge of everything, not Garth. Emma is also he wrote a character about. Might not mean anything but I have a feeling she is his favorite child. Maybe she's the easiest to trick.
There is also the Knott’s Berry Farm vacation that Chad and some of his children took at the end of November 2019. I do not know which children were on that trip. I only know which were in Hawaii because I recognized them in photos. Maybe we'll see photos for the Knotts vacation or learn more about it in this trial. I am curious.

In years of watching trials I've never seen a defendant sit there with his head held high like that. Does not get the gravity of the crimes, deluded, on another planet.
Chad was completely utterly flat. I think he doesn’t show emotion because he cannot connect with any emotion at all. It seems that was the reason why he talked about practical things like finances. When he did show a bit of emotion, it was inappropriate. Emma said that it didn’t seem like he was getting out and he said ‘correct’ with a giggle. Emma showed a bit of emotion, but it was definitely not proportionate to the situation if she knew absolutely nothing. Also, I think Emma mentioned her brother who was away on a Mormon retreat, and he said casually that he should come home upon hearing the news of his father’s arrest for having TWO DEAD BODIES IN HIS BACKYARD.
His laughing was really disturbing.
I feel bad for Chad's kids but at least they have their lives as bleak as they might be. Tylee and JJ weren't that fortunate. I hope Chad gets the DP.

This seems strange to me. I don’t know how I’d react in a situation where the dead bodies of children were found in my parents yard but I imagine my first reaction would be to assume my parents are not involved because it’s unimaginable to me that they could commit such a heinous, horrible crime. However, I hope I would ask some questions like “do you know anything at all about this? Who has been in the yard? What have you seen?”. Hard to know what the average reaction to a situation like this is but I can’t help but feel that something is missing from Emma.

This conversation is more like Dad is going on an extended vacation and is absent of any human decency or compassion for the deceased.
Seeing this video makes me sad because I can empathize with what Emma must be feeling in this moment. She just lost her mom and now she is about to lose her dad.
One thing that I noticed that really stood out to me that I haven’t heard anybody else talk about as far as when Emma was on the stand , was that at the beginning of her testimony, John Pryor offered Emma water and told her to let him know if she needs to stop and get a tissue or take a break and instead of what a “normal” person would say thank you or “I’ll keep that in mind” or something to that affect she just stayed silent as if she already knew that talking about her mother‘s death would not cause her to become emotional. there’s this underlying aura that she at least in part blames her mother for her own death. And that happened multiple times where John Pryor asked if she thought she might need a break and she just didn’t say anything and same with Garth. He didn’t respond to that comment all which I found to be very telling.
