If she lived on as a human she would age but son ogong wouldn’t. She would die as an old woman while son ogong is most likely still in his young form. There are also some theories that the baby we see in ep 16(I think) is son ogongs and sun-mis future kid(the baby is quiet when it sees son ogong- and later it's told that the baby shouldn't be here(yet)) Sry I'm not that good at speaking English
