Team: Henderson Castagne, saliba, timber Saka, Rogers, iwobi, Palmer Haaland, salah, isak Thinking of dropping saka and rogers for foden and kdb (depending on team news). Seems outlandish, however city are due a turn in form, against an extremely out of form Leicester with decent fixtures going forward. It’s only a matter of time before city begin a decent run again, and I want to be on that train before everyone else. It’s a risk, but it could pay off massively. Foden has been playing immensely despite city being poor and easily passes the eye test, and kdb has proven just how good he is time and time again. I just think everything is coming together for a city turn in form with everyone slowly returning to fitness. Good fixtures, less injuries, due a good game. Id plan on bringing back rogers maybe next week. I would keep him in, but I only have saka as a fire to put out, and the other transfer is a luxury, in which I massively prefer foden over rogers this week. It sounds mad when you say it, but having triple city attack against the worst defense in the league is a big differential, and there is a ridiculously high ceiling

The other night against Everton, we both thought savinho and foden were the two standout players, foden the game before that, and the game before that. He’s just so incredibly consistent even when city as a team have been poor. The shame about savinho is he’s much more of a rotation risk with the likes of doku and grealish now back, otherwise I’d massively consider him. I am almost certain that this is the turning point, and given that city are the early game and we hopefully get some early team news, I think targeting a triple attack is easily the best way to go. Especially seeing as though the only real player anyone else will have is haaland, if they can even manage to get him in their teams. I guess im just lucky enough to be in a position with my team where I’m happy in every position (except saka obviously) so have that luxury transfer available. It’s almost like a free hit in a way, one free shot at picking any player with no restrictions as I have a huge budget 😂

The teams who have Carabao fixtures I am not really excited about any of them. Too much rotation among Liverpool and Spurs. Initial thoughts were Diaz and Martinelli in for price rises. Leaning towards Son as captain but will he play????

I reckon we might be ultra defensive while the attack is not great. I think i'd probably prefer to replace Mbeumo than gomez tho this week and then do castagne the week after. That's a tough situation, I think i'd try and opt for two playing players and hope to cover him rather than keep someone. who's going to score you nothing. As painful as it might be 😬 at least it's just a single game as well and not a double

Iv got saka, bruno and haaland I want to move out but only have 2 transfers 😢 Might have to keep Haaland and risk not having Isak or keep Bruno and 12th Man Haaland against Leicester 🤷🏻♂️

Was hoping to be moving on Gvardiol or Haaland but can’t do that now! Looking at definitely moving to Diaz & undecided on the other transfer between Foden, Gordan or Trent.
Currently got Diaz & Foden in but worried about the Man City triple up considering their form currently
I do think Foden a decent punt but could go Gordon or Trent instead as they have 2 games next week and Foden only 1

keep Diallo (who I’d be transferring out for Isak) and take my chances with replacing both Bruno/Saka and hoping the extra player will make up the points differential incase Isak does bag?
Isak and United’s form suggests he could be in for yet another haul but if he doesn’t I’ll be in such a bad position to make any gain 🫣
That's a tough situation, I think i'd try and opt for two playing players and hope to cover him rather than keep someone. who's going to score you nothing.

@ yeah plus everyone will have him now, will only be keeping up points-wise not gaining. Just have to hope his Haaland patch simmers down going forward because I’ve already held off putting him in this long imagine putting him in now and he starts ghosting 😂
