Honestly, i dont think shisui's awakening is like the worst thing ever, its just it takes SLIGHTLY more skill to make it as good as ur average awakening. His flamethrower deals solid damage and has a big aoe, u just need to make sure ur not right next to the opponent. Since it knocks back, u can also use it to defend stuff like rushes. His drill move is probably his worse, since if u dont block break ur opponent can punish u for landing it via endlag, but if u have an ounce of timing ability its not that big of a deal. Susanoo swings is just extremely free damage. Susanoo armor gives u rlly good s, and u can m1 during it, which can setup quick combos if u time it right. Not a bad awakening, just slightly harder to use than ur average one (anyone with a brain can space flamethrower properly and time the drill).
