Yep I agree. It was hard for him to testify because she caught between loving both people you love your brother and you love your niece, but what came down to it the decision maker was moral and ethics. And that brother knew he was a man first, and if he has children, I’m quite sure he wouldn’t want this to have happened to his child. I believe that the Uncle was not gonna kill her. At first he was going to still mess with her Casita mess with her for nine years in my belief that’s why she didn’t see it was a problem because he groomed her and made her feel like it was OK for them to do so. They just have to keep it quiet because everybody won’t understand. Not only that I believe that he killed her because he felt like it was mad he didn’t have no choice because what his wife said in the group chat you don’t have to wait till she has the baby. If y’all see if my husband is the one they got a pregnant he could do a DNA test now. Call the husband believe that women can do a DNA test while he was pregnant. He thought he would have to wait. She have the baby.

You can see the pain and disappointment in his brothers eyes. May God bless him for having the heart the moral compass and the courage to give this family a bit of closure. Nothing will bring those two beautiful souls back but at least the person who did it won’t be able to manipulate and hurt anybody else. I hope this man knows and never forgets that he did the right thing….. as the mother of a murdered child my heart bleeds right along with this family. 💔 We will one day be reunited with our girls.

It showed his callous disregard for his actions by talking as much as he did about everything. We know what he did based on evidence, but imagine how hard his attorney would have to work to make it seem he was remorseful during sentencing after knowing he basically bragged about what he did.

Yes I love i Toronto Canada 🇨🇦 my niece got murdered in 2008 here in Toronto Canada by her caregivers and they got 15 yrs . THEY BOTH ARE OUT ON PAROLE !!! Homicide said it was the worse thing he seen in his 27 yrs as a cop. The whole Homicide team got sick & COULDNT WATCH THE VIDEO/PICTURES … i had to ID HER & I sat in the courtroom and listened and watched every piece of evidence.. I just started watching this today and it seems to me that the jailhouse snitch was placed in there to get him to open up to him and the guy's testimony doesn't sound true. And with the evidence they already have for a conviction, this man's testimony serves no purpose.

It serves with the recording. Yes he could be convict of murder, but to make sure he gets the death penalty and not life, getting him to talk about in his own voice shows his true self. Can't play a recording with out being able to question the person during the recording or being wire.
