  • During the cycle trip I recorded a kit review. In it I look at some kit that really did its job. From simple items like a helmet rain cover to the stand out piece of kit namely the BRS 3000T gas burner weighing in at 50G. I used the burner to make a brew kit using a 650ml Lixada titanium mug/pot, a 100g gas cannister and a plastic safety stand. This simple brew kit cost very little but performed superbly. an absolute bargain!!

Thanks for your kind comments. I don’t know about personality though. I look back at that video and cringe. All I can see is me continually looking out of the window 😂. Oh well. Glad you enjoyed it anyhow and take care.

Thanks. Brilliant short video giving useful information.
I realised a few days ago that I need a ‘shower cap’ too. The rain was dribbling down through my crash hat!😂

Hi Paul, thanks for that. I must admit that I had to think twice before owning up to using one lol! I checked again on eBay and saw that you can get one nowadays for a fiver. I also looked at a SelSkinz cap that goes under your helmet but thats £35! Im not paying that for something i use on rare occasions - plus i get too hot wearing a cap so it would be packed away most of the time. I am glad you found the video useful.
