I still can't move on that the best communicators and speakers are not picked for the top 5.I don'want to hate on anyone but I don't think that Taguig deserve her spot as much as Cebu city,albay, Baguio and Iloilo province.Miss universe deserve a woman who can be a voice and serve as a spokesperson that has a great advocacy rather than just raving about a boyfriend .I mean it's not bad to talk about it but for miss universe it's a no for me.Anyways what has been done has been done .I want to give my warmest congratulations to the winner specially to Celeste our new miss universe Philippines
