This bike rack bag is made out of waterproof composite materials which is also very durable. You can use the rack bag as trunk bag or a cargo bag because of the foldability option. The bicycle bag rear rack can be unfolded with zippers to a bike pannier when you need more capacity. It is easy to install and secure. The maximum capacity gets up to 35 liters. Also with the provided straps you can use it as a backpack, or use it with a shoulder strap so you can take it with you and still be hands free. The built-in thickening pads are reducing the shock while cycling and protecting your items. It also has Velcro detachable partition flaps so you can customize the internal space for usage flexibility. It also comes with several reflector strips to increase safety and visibility. The Velcro straps are very good ans they hold out even when heavy loaded. I even managed to take with me a portable solar generator, filming gear, bike charger and various other things and a 100W portable solar panel strapped over it. My Engwe rack bag offers the possibility to enhance the volume of the top case by zipping off another zipper around the top tab.

Yes you can easy fit an extra battery on the rear rack.
Will regular Ortlieb panniers fit on the rack?
Yes, they should work. Only take care with the height as this is a 20" wheel fat bike, so it's a bit lower in comparison with larger 27.5" - 29" wheel bikes

You can fit the bag but you need to remove the additional seat so you can properly use the straps to secure it.

Is the ENGWE Pro Bikes waterproof?
It has waterproof protection, but care should be taken as it's also foldable so water can get into the frame, also the display is sensitive. I recommend joining the users group from my video info for more user experience.

I purchased this bag together with the bike but Engwe has forgotton to send it to me. After I received the bike more than 3 weeks later, they told me the bag was not on stock and ould be on stock in a month, but they again forgot to send it after several weeks. Once again when I reminded it 2 months later after my purchase, they sent me another bag which can be used as a backbag or be fixed to rearhood like this bag you showed. But, fixation features are so low quality that the bag cannot be fixed to rearhood. All I can say is, I see really good reviews from the people in the US but Engwe Europa is terrible at every topic.
