    Daaaaamn, we need you to be hired and proofread EN's dialogues! I REALLY THINK EN onlies like myself are missing out on a huge chunk of dialogue-lore/details in the translation!
    I'm self-taught in Japanese language so I could only understand the sentence's "big picture" but not the details, however I've already noticed a few weird-bits in the translation even early game.

    Idia being a gem as usual ❤ I love the usage of language to keep track of relationships and situations a lot, because it emphasizes the impact of a situation when a character does deviate from their regular mannerisms 🎉

    thank you so so much for the hard work yuu-rei san! idia's speech style is the one thing that is almost impossible to be adapted into the EN localization, so an explanation video like this is so helpful in understanding how he reallg is in the original game. language-related stuff is one of the things shaping someone's character/personality after all ❤️❤️

    If I was in Twist I would want to watch some Anime with him and watch him play games. If I was there I wonder if I can help him break out of his shell.

    In the English version I think they should translate him to sound like a guy who spends too much time on 4chan, not like a teenage girl who watches tiktok memes. The translators really dropped the ball.

      well to be fair, as someone who self identifies as an otaku, his speech patterns in english are spot on ngl. well, some of them.
