- SEVENTEEN is a 13-member group that consists of 3 units: Hip-hop, Vocal, and Performance. Along with their debut in 2015 with their first mini-album, "17 Carat," the group gained much attention from the public and was soon identified as super rookies. As the members began participating in the production of their own music, they grew to be known as “self-producing idols.” The 3 different units each exhibit their own distinct charm and color, but when they all come together to perform as one group, SEVENTEEN, the synergy multiplies, instantly captivating many fans throughout the world. Their latest mini-album, "You Made My Dawn," is sure to keep doing the same.

Iike how the interviewer obviously knew them and wasnt asking the 'standard' usa questions, and when he saw that woozi picked up the mic he made sure we got to hear what he wanted to say, and he even checked that minghao got to say something since he was quiet, i love this.

Albin Baiju we will never know because Korea is really homophobic, but he’s always been a huge ally to oppressed groups and he’s clearly very supportive of lgbt people through some of the things he does and what he said in the video. For now let assume he’s straight because if it came out he wasn’t he might be forced out of 17.

Minghao is usually very quiet in all interviews since he prefers just listening to the members most of the time when they have conversations. Add to that, he’s not fluent in English and Korean is still a second language but he takes the lead in Chinese. Just his personality :)

This interview was probably the best one they have had in the USA. The boys seemed comfortable and happy, and they tried their best to speak English when they could! The interviewer was very into Seventeen and even wanted to send a message to our Seungkwan back in Korea. What a genuine interview! Loved it!

I think the main reason is that Jeff Benjamin, the interviewer is a K-Pop columnist for Billboard, so he wrote K-pop news articles for Billboard, so yeah he is really informative.

I always say this and i will keep saying it. Jun is a such a beauty. He always looks like a sculpture. He is the one who deserves the title world-wide beauty. And it's not only his outside, his inside is even more beautiful. He has such a good and pure soul. He has an admirable personality.
Seventeen is super open minded. They are supporting lgbt, women, feminism, animals, kids and they are standing against racism and much more. They always show their fans. I think the foreign members Vernon, Jun, Joshua, and The8 always openly show a lot of support and are totally not afraid of anything. The other members too.

Tanvee Walia Luke W The interviewer is Jeff Benjamin, he is the Kpop columnist for billboard, so he wrote Billboard articles on K-pop culture, which what makes him really knowledgeable about the group’s,l and of course gives him far edge amongst other inteviewers who interview Kpop groups
What I like about the interviewer is that he took the time to acknowledge each member. When The8 was quiet, he spoke to him to see if he was alright. Most interviewers don't do that. They're so concerned with time and getting questions answered that they forget a member or two, but he was so gentle, showed so much care in asking his questions and he was so very attentive as they spoke and responded. One of the best interviews I have seen for a KPOP group EVER, not just Seventeen, but for any group EVER! This is my goal, this is what I want to accomplish through building up my channel from reacting to eventually interviewing idols and showcasing them in a beautiful light.
I love how hoshi managed to bring his own colors to the interview even tho he's not able to fully comunicate in english.
