Nice interview, good questions posed to the fund manager! I am a investor of uti flexicap since many years but the fund is not performing well ! Typically the fund manager is saying that he is managing the flexi cap fund like a large cap fund whereas other fund managers are their flexicap funds as real flexicap funds !
After listening to him I would say better to stay away from this flexi-cap fund that he seems to be passively managing in complacent manner given his long 25*years career with UTI

Go for Quant MF, they have dynamic money management style.
