It is SO thoughtful of them to give you another map separately cos it's a hassle to keep turning back when you're into the book
I like the idea of the book box club - it would actually motivate me to read the book right away if I have a time to talk about it with people.
I really like how usable all of the items in the Unplugged Book Box tend to be, but my favourite item overall might be the sleeping mask from Fairyloot (I could really use one and I loved Strange the Dreamer). And the book from Book Box Club has me the most intrigued just from seeing the beautiful illustrations.
Btw, I love those casual unboxings on the floor! 💛
I honestly have sleeping masks at hand all the time, I use them for a couple of minutes as a break from all light if I have a headache/migraine! So useful haha I know not for all but still hahah
my fairyloot will be here tomorrow and I am beyond excited! i loooovvveee that sleeping mask! i cant wait to get my hands on it! i also have terrible migraines and that is a brilliant idea just to have them on hand! also, did that headache patch help? and where the hell do i find them?
@@amandaschuster5895 I'm so sorry you have to deal with migraines. I'm glad the sleeping masks are helpful though. If you google "headache patch" you get quite a few results of where to find them (Amazon, Walmart, etc). I hope they'll help ease your migraines 💛

I read Winterwood for my first Winter Readathon prompt and finished it in one day. I quite enjoyed it, and it was a quick read! It has lovely writing that really swept me into the story, even though certain elements were a bit predictable. I recommend it.

I haven’t read Winterwood yet but I really enjoyed her writing style in her first book, The Wicked Deep!! It reminds me of Laini Taylor’s writing kinda! The Wicked Deep was very atmospheric so I am looking forward to Winterwood!

The book in the fairy loot box looks amazing. I'm looking into subscribing to a book box in the NewYear if my finances allow. I could certainly only do one subscription box and the temptation to get a Harry Potter related box is obviously strong as is the temptation to get a witchy box but I have to say I have not really been liking the look of any of the Harry Potter boxes that are currently available. I know they ended up being terrible but Gobstone Ally was my favourite WWSB because I'm not a merch person or a cutesy person. What I love are things that look like they belong in the wizarding world like replicas and so on but they have to be done really well. I'm just not seeing that anywhere else with the exception of maybe Cherry's box. Anyway, does anybody know if any of the book sub boxes are customizable? I imagine that would be hard to do but it would be great if you could tell them what you do and don't like. My tastes are quite specific and I fear I'd end up paying for books I'll just give away.

Love that both Fairyloot and Owlcrate had a christmas ornament in their box❤ but Owlcrate win with best items and interesting book. Did not like Fairyloots and most of the time the box is way to girly girly for my taste with all the pink, purple ect. I would prefer more shifts in color and a appeal to people like me that are not girly girly. Oh and I agree with you love the item in the first box. That Luna glass is so cute and useful.
Litjoy also had an ornament in their November crate and the same theme/book as owl crate. I like the items I got from litjoy, but that blanket from owl crate looks very nice.

I had a feeling that was the book for owl crate. But I dont think you can do one time purchases with them 😭
You can always try and subscribe and cancel after the first payment ones through to try it out! I did that with some boxes 🥰

Not sure if you can answer this question, but since you said these tarot cards are the last ones done by this artist does that mean that the SJTR tarot cards won’t truly match since the first two are by one artist and the next ones will be by an entirely different artist with a different style?
Heya! All the fandoms will match with the artist, some fandoms just have the 2 of the cards based on them, that’s the case with this one ♥️♥️ hope that helps!
