Tbh I found the guy's mannerisms to be quite disrespectful. Sticking out his tongue and making disgusted noises was unnecessary, along with the faces he would make after trying new foods. It's hard to imagine there are adults out there who are such picky eaters. I understand not liking certain foods/flavours, but he can at least express his opinion in a respectful way. I mean let's admit that this guy is really honest with his reaction, unlike other RUclipsrs who only do it for views. This guy has the same reaction as me when trying food from other country at first. I mean we've a different taste pallet, like having lots of different kinds of spices in our food. When we try the European dishes (in their original taste, not indianised version 😂), we feel the same way as this person trying Indian food as his taste pallet is simple food with not too much of spices or seasoning.
We indian don't like Simple or bland food because taste buds have seen the flavours much would be sensible reason. But people who ate bland food in whole life will mostly react great when their bud taste masala or flavours. Because it is logic if anyone eating bland food and suddenly given flavoured food would be like they are in heaven. I will give you simple example to understand, if plain food people would hate our flavoured food then why world most plain food eaters British love it? And saying everything is worst ? it is wrong in this guy taste bud not like what you said.
