It is stupid to confine protesters to a place. How would they move around to deliver letters that they may have to the various authorities of concern. Protest among all things includes and not limited to: Occupying Spaces: Protesters may occupy government buildings, public squares, or other significant locations to make their presence felt and disrupt normal activities.
Strikes and Work Stoppages: Workers might participate in strikes, refusing to work until their demands are met.
