  • Yes there is an African Safari in New Jersey. It is in Six Flags Great Adventure in NJ and it is NOT TO BE MISSED. You will see Elephants, Giraffes, Bears and I loved the Grizzly Bears you could just reach out and touch tem. But do not do this, you must keep your windows closed at all times. You Must do this Safari tour when you are visiting the Amusement Park. It will generally take you about 1.5 to 3 hours to go drive through this Safari Park.
***TIP*** Do this as soon as the Safari is open. I understand when the temperature rises the animals are harder to see as they will head for shade and are not as active in the afternoon.

i remember doing this as a kid every year. we had season passes to six flags. we used to be able to feed the giaraffes and the monkeys. monkeys would climb all over the car and it was so cool.

Actually the large birds in the Americas are Emus. The Male Ostriches have black feathers and Females have gray feathers. Those animals with the large horns are Ankoli Cattle also known as Watusi Cattle

They do... they can go about anywhere but where the lions are. That would not be good.

this should be banned not gonna lie. just speaking from a conservation standpoint. But on a video aspect this is pretty cool. I just wish they weren't held captive and more of like an african safari.

Yes I am with you.... but I assume all of these animals are rescues and can't be released to the wild.. but what I can see they are well taken care of. And the volunteers that work there all take pride in this park. Thanks for commenting and please subscribe. 👍👍👍
