😂 it's absolutely not healthy - a lot of fats and fast carbohydrates, fried food. If you see an avocado in recipe it's doesn't mean, that it's automatically healthy
While we can disagree respectfully about what means healthy for us, i would say healthy means a food not consisting with animals lips and assholes.
Regardless of the judgmental comments on your post, the French are overall very healthy people. The ingredients are just a portion of the story.
The French make everything so very special! In America, if you can't make it in 15 minutes, someone wants to go to McDonald's for a meal. It's sad here! I Iove watching people who cook and pay attention to every little detail... Thank you! ❤
