Later on I will watch this Interview. I am going to visit El Salvador in September and I can't wait for it! Also planning to start a new life in this country. I am really excited. To Nicki & James - thank you so much for your effort & work! Wishing you all the best.

Wow 😲 I can’t believe you’re Not scared of the worst winter in a decade that we are having right now 🌧 ☔️. If you like El Salvador now; you are definitely going to love it in summer when you can enjoy the outdoors with spectacular sunsets and starry nights
I've watched many Nicki & James videos and they all are very informative including this one! Most of the videos have older people and their story, can you try to interview Expats who are in their 20s? My daughter is 25 speaks Spanish and is a surfer, she recently got an online job and will go to El Salvador or Mexico in a few months, she loved Mexico when she went to 2 years ago and isn't sure which location to travel to. Also, my son is 27, surfs and will probably visit his sister once she picks a place, so any info from young people would be great. My husband and I are surfers and kitesurfers but sadly there doesn't seem to be much wind in El Salvador but if anyone has different info I'd love to hear that as well!
Thank you for watching and your comment, there are many younger people who have moved here and many female surfers. So yes we will arrange to interview some younger people. Many young females have moved to El Salvador before Bukele was president and have been very comfortable down by the beach. I wing foil and have found it very hard to find a place I have felt safe to get out in the water past the surf. Though in saying that there are kitesurfers in Costa del Sol, which is a nice area not so good for the surf though. I hope this helps and if you have any other queries please reach out.
I wish she would have touched on the costs for the larger home and the nanny. We are a family considering a move to El Salvador and this information is beneficial and hard to find!
Hi @jenniferpiston - the prices vary a lot depending on where you choose to live - if you are looking at the beach it can range from $1200 - to over $2000 - if you are looking up here in Berlin you will be looking from $400 - $1000 and then in San Salvador it can be anywhere in between. We recommend you come and visit, have feet on the ground and look at where you and your family are comfortable.
