Still do bits now and again for me and my wife and still carry many Chinese cooking ingredients. I just wanted to say, I wish you were still doing it. And that i had found your site earlier. I personally freeze for upto 3 months I freeze them in a zip lock flat once cool. I reheat them frozen for 3-5 mins till a good colour I recommend freezing after first fry. X that's what we do anyway
